USPS Shipping:

Standard shipping for all United States orders is First Class. Priority and Express shipping is also available. All shipping includes delivery confirmation for no additional charge. For orders under $35.00 shipping charges will apply.

Adult Signature:

For USPS shipments within the USA. This is recommended for households with persons under 18. Free of charge to you, choose "YES" on the drop down menu for Adult Signature at checkout.

Insurance (recommended):

Additional $2.00. This is a great, inexpensive way to insure your package with the USPS.

International Shipping:

Please be advised that the United States Postal Service is prohibiting international shipments of lithium batteries.
Specifically, USPS shipment of the lithium batteries is prohibited to international, APO, FPO and DPO locations.

All International packages must ship to the billing address.

This is available for all orders. Check your local laws and Customs regulations before ordering. Shipping and Customs charges vary for different areas. Customer is responsible for any Customs charges. Please see checkout for shipping rates. Tracking is not available for USPS First Class and Priority. *USPS Express shipping is not available in all areas.

*If you choose USPS Express shipping and it is not available in your area, your package will be shipped USPS Priority and your credit card will be refunded the price difference.

InnoVapor insures most international packages, at our expense, for the replacement value of the products. The declared value of the products must match the insurance value. Innovapor will only ship international packages as "Merchandise" and declare the value as the amount paid by the customer.

Packages shipped by USPS to Canada and Greece cannot be insured. InnoVapor will not be liable for uninsured packages shipping to Canada or Greece.

Federal Express Shipping:

FedEx Priority Overnight is available for shipments within the USA. Insurance is included.
