| What are you smoking? An electronic cigarette, an alternative to tobacco. Also known as e-cigs or personal vaporizers (PV for short). What is an Electronic Cigarette? An electronic cigarette looks like a real cigarette, tastes like a real cigarette, and produces "vapor" (which looks like smoke) just like a real cigarette but instead of burning a bunch of chemicals the e-cig delivers nicotine through vapor. Using this innovative device gives you the same nicotine experience but without the harmful toxins, ash, tar, or smell of traditional tobacco cigarettes. This also means you won't offend or put non-smokers in danger by producing harmful second hand smoke while you also breathe pure and clean "vapor". The device is battery powered and can be charged at home or on the go so you no longer need to purchase a pack of cigarettes nor do you need to light up each time you use it. Does it contain nicotine? Yes, the liquid used in an e-cig, called "e-liquid", can contain nicotine in varying amounts depending on what strength you use. We offer ULTRApure E-Liquid in a variety of strengths to suit your preference ranging from very high (36mg/ml) to no nicotine. What are the ingredients of e-liquid? That varies depending on the e-liquid you choose. ULTRApure E-Liquid is made from pure vegetable glycerin and deionized water. It contains 99+% pure nicotine. Ethyl maltol, a non-toxic flavoring, is added to Regular. Pure menthol crystal, dissolved is ethyl alcohol, is added to menthol. ULTRApure contains no propylene glycol which has been found to sometimes cause allergic reactions in people who smoke e-cigs. ULTRApure also does not contain any known carcinogens. What is "vaping"? This is the term used to describe using an electronic cigarette because it produces vapor instead of smoke. What about the FDA warnings? You may have heard some statements from the FDA regarding the safety of electronic cigarettes and e-liquid. The real concern is not the electronic cigarette device but rather the e-liquid that is used. Since there are no FDA regulations or restrictions on e-liquid, the e-cig user is at risk. No. It is simply water vapor. No chemicals are actually being burned while using this device which makes electronic cigarettes a better alternative to adult smokers. Is there nicotine in the fluid? Yes, there can be. ULTRApure E-Liquid contains a range of nicotine levels from 0 mg/ml to 36mg/ml. You will want to experiment with different nicotine strengths until you discover what works best for you. Many people find that different strengths work for different times of the day. What do they smell/taste like? The vapor produced from Unflavored ULTRApure E-Liquid has no flavor. It’s like vaping air. What are the differences between a Joye 510 and an Alpha electronic cigarette? The Joye 510 more closely resembles a traditional cigarette. It has a proprietary battery that attaches to an atomizer with a cartridge containing e-liquid on the other end of the atomizer. It is an inexpensive device that’s made in China. The Alpha is an American made device that is manufactured to extremely high quality standards. There are 3 models available that use batteries that are common and readily available in most electronic stores. All Alpha models produce much more vapor and last longer between battery recharges. All Alpha models have an optional reservoir available that contains e-liquid so no cartridges are necessary. The Alpha is designed for an electronic cigarette aficionado that demands the highest performance available. Is there a price difference between the Joye 510 and the Alpha? The initial cost of the Alpha is much higher than a 510 but the cost of using it over an extended period of time is actually less expensive. |

| How do electronic cigarettes work? The battery activates the atomizer which heats (vaporizes) the e-liquid that is in the cartridge. The vapor is then inhaled like you would inhale smoke from a cigarette. Where can I smoke an electronic cigarette? Most places that prohibit smoking will allow you to use your electronic cigarette. Although there are electronic cigarettes that very closely resemble a traditional cigarette, InnoVapor does not sell them. It has been our experience that a device that looks like a traditional cigarette will be treated as one. Since the Joye 510 is either black or silver, and glows bright blue on the end, it is difficult to mistake it for a cigarette. The Alpha has virtually no resemblance to a tobacco cigarette at all and is normally treated with curiosity. Will this help me quit smoking? This device is NOT a "smoking cessation" device and isn't sold or marketed as such by InnoVapor, LLC or its affiliates. It is your choice to use it as an alternative to tobacco cigarettes. Is it safe? It is an electronic device so must be handled properly to insure proper function and performance. Keep the device out of the reach of children and only use as directed. Please refer to the guide or manual for more detailed safety information. Can they be used indoors? There is no actual smoke and the vaporized liquid contains no known carcinogens. This means you can use an electronic cigarette safely indoors without the risk of polluting the space with smoke from burning tobacco or an unpleasant smell. By vaping an electronic cigarette you won't irritate non-smokers with any foul or harmful second-hand smoke. What liquids can be vaporized? Many oils can be vaporized in the atomizer yet vegetable glycerin based liquids work the best. The more additives (impurities) that are in the liquid, the sooner it will wear out the atomizer. ULTRApure E-Liquid is the purist formulation for all your "vaping" needs. It contains no impurities from candy oils or artificial sweeteners. What if I get e-liquid in my mouth? No need to panic, just rinse out your mouth with water. ULTRApure E-Liquid contains food-grade ingredients that are labeled as safe and are not known to cause adverse reactions if swallowed by accident. Although ingesting nicotine can be fatal in its pure form, the concentration of nicotine in ULTRApure E-Liquid is relatively low. I get too much of a throat hit. You may be getting a little too much nicotine. We recommend just lowering the nicotine strength of your e-liquid. How do you clean an atomizer? Alcohol is the recommended cleaning agent for atomizers. Ethyl alcohol is preferred over Isopropyl alcohol, but either will work. Hold the atomizer with the wick facing up over the sink and drip the alcohol onto it. Allow the alcohol to run through the atomizer into the sink. Blow out any excess alcohol and put a couple of drops of e-liquid on it to prevent it from drying out. Connect the atomizer to the battery and activate it for a few seconds to burn off any remaining alcohol and “prime” the atomizer with e-liquid. |

| Why is the light on the end of the battery blue? To eliminate the concern any onlookers and venue owners might have that you are smoking a real cigarette in an area that prohibits smoking tobacco. What does it mean when the light on the end of the battery blinks? The blinking light indicates the battery is losing power and you need to recharge it. How long does a battery last before it needs to be recharged? That depends on the battery. A Joye 510 battery will run down much sooner than even the smallest battery for the Alpha (UltraLite). How long does a battery last before it needs to be replaced? The Joye 510 battery can be recharged 200 times while the 3.7v Alpha batteries can be recharged 500 times. LFP batteries can be recharged 2000 times. Can I use standard AAA batteries in the Alpha UltraLite and AA batteries in the Alpha Ultra? No, those are only 1.5v and the 10440 (AAA) and 14500 (AA) series rechargeable batteries are 3.7v. It is highly recommended to only use protected Li-Ion rechargeable batteries or better yet, LiMn rechargeable batteries. Which atomizer do I use? A standard resistance atomizer will work with the Joye 510 and with all Alpha models and battery configurations. Low resistance atomizers will produce more vapor with the 3.7v Alpha models but will not last as long. Low resistance atomizers should not be used with the Joye 510 battery or the Alpha High Voltage batteries. How long does an atomizer last? That depends on how much you use it, clean it, and what you vaporize in it. E-liquids with a lot of artificial sweeteners (usually a propylene glycol base) will wear out an atomizer much faster (like putting sugar in the gas tank of your car). How often should I clean the atomizer? About every 3-5 mils of liquid. When the taste and vapor production is not as good as it should be, that’s usually an indication that the atomizer needs to be cleaned. How often would I need to refill the cartridge? When vapor production goes down it is a good idea to refill the cartridge. Even if the cartridge isn’t completely dry, it’s a good idea to top it off. Where is this device made? The Joye 510 is made in China. The Alpha Electronic Cigarette devices are made it the USA. What is the difference between PG and VG liquids? Propylene glycol (PG) is a petroleum based liquid while vegetable glycerin (VG) is made from vegetable oil, usually palm or coconut. PG has a natural bitter taste and needs flavorings to cover it while VG has a natural sweet taste and can be used without any additives. VG has a much thicker viscosity and requires another liquid, usually water, to reduce it. |

| How do I get started? The best way to get started is with one of our starter kits. If you have never used an electronic cigarette, the Joye 510 Intro Kit is an inexpensive way to try one. It is one complete e-cig with a battery charger and your choice of 6 different 3ml bottles of ULTRApure E-Liquid. How do choose a flavor and strength that is right for me? All starter kits come with a minimum of six 3ml bottles of ULTRApure E-Liquid. You can choose each bottle individually to experiment with different flavors, flavor intensities, and nicotine strengths. How long will it take to get my order? Most orders placed weekdays before 3pm Mountain Time will be shipped the same day. Express orders must be placed before noon. What is your return policy? We no longer accept returns for any product we sell. If you’re not sure that you will like it, the Intro Kit is an inexpensive way to try it. Is there a warranty on any products? All electronic products have a “dead on arrival” warranty meaning if it doesn’t work when you receive it you can send it back to us and we will examine and test it, and upon approval, we will replace it.
