In an attempt to keep up with the demand, Apex Alpha products are manufactured 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on automated robotic machines. This automated production process produces precision made products guaranteed to perform. While this process is necessary to produce products efficiently and cost effective, it also has cosmetic drawbacks that are inherent to this automated assembly process which may produce minor cosmetic flaws that will not affect performance in any way.

Each Alpha device is manufactured for the highest performance possible. Each device has a warranty that guarantees it will perform for 10 years (3 years on the switch assembly), or be replaced. While the warranty is for performance, it does not cover the finish. Each device is nickel plated for maximum conductivity and corrosion resistance. Nickel plating may tarnish depending on what it comes in contact with. Each Alpha Electronic Cigarette is supplied with a Cape Cod Metal Polishing Cloth to help protect the finish.
